Clive Simms
Clive is a Certified Information Security and IT Infrastructure expert with over 28 years of experience. As an ethical hacker, Board Advisor, and Cyber Essentials PLUS Assessor, he helps businesses assess and implement effective vulnerability management programs. His deep technical expertise enables clients to apply robust security controls, build resilient IT infrastructures, and develop Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) that align with industry standards.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Clive is a founding member of the (ISC)² London Chapter, now the second largest in Europe, and an Advisory Member for SHe CISO Exec.

Chani is an award-winning cybersecurity leader, keynote speaker, and TEDx speaker with over 19 years of experience in IT. As the MD & Co-Founder of Meta Defence Labs and Founder & CEO of SHe CISO Exec., she advises at C-level, helping organisations implement and manage information security and data protection programs.
A trusted Board Advisor, vCISO, ISO27001 and IASME auditor, Cyber Essentials assessor, and NCSC-certified Cyber Advisor for Cyber Essentials, Chani is a recognised expert in cybersecurity and GDPR. With expertise in Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001, Nisa applies proactive strategies to address vulnerabilities and counter emerging threats. A strong communicator and leader, she excels at driving operational resilience and innovation across cross-functional teams.
Passionate about empowerment, she serves as Program Director for SHe CISO Exec, a global initiative promoting cybersecurity, leadership, and inclusion.
